VIDALIA ONION DIP

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups Vidalia onion -- chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese -- grated
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Combine all ingredients and put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with crackers or chips.
