Ray read the minutes to the September 24th meeting. The following items were included, The Executive Committee elected to postpone Board of Directors election of new board members, and the nominating committee will be selected at the January meeting. Minutes were approved.
Lynne reported the Clubs bank account balance at November 30, $196,228. TreasurerÕs report was approved.
Walter received a check for $4200 from the clubÕs insurance
company for the loss of the Boyce Holliman trophy with was lost during
hurricane Katrina.
Dick reported that the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday games at the Coalville United Methodist Church at 12556 Lorraine Rd. is very satisfactory.
Lynne was asked to check with the Grand Casino for possible site for the 2007 tournament.
OLD BUSINESS:
Wayne Martin met with Walter to discuss and sign the contract to sell the clubÕs property. An April 30th 2006 date was set to close.
Walter asked for possible names to the nominating committee in January. They are: Pat Bannister, Dave Chakov, Milly Das, LouiseEchavarria, and Alice Ladnier, Susan Nichols, Carolyn Peirce, and Kurt Shook.
Discussion on possible plans for the new Clubhouse and
property.

Walter is to discuss property selection with Louise Echavarria and Wayne Martin, both real estate agents in our bridge club if they would be interested in finding property to fit our needs. Property selection could be in the area from Canal West-Hwy.49 Exit 31.East Woolmarket Exit Hwy 67 by January meeting
Richard will respond to O. J. ShipleyÕs letter
